RobertsRx
A Service of Roberts Pharmacy Solutions, LLC
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RobertsRx and its pharmacy services. Please read them carefully before using our website or requesting pharmacy services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RobertsRx website, pharmacy services, electronic platforms, prescription transfer services, prescription fulfillment services, mail-order services, delivery services, and related offerings provided by Roberts Pharmacy Solutions, LLC (“RobertsRx,” “Roberts Pharmacy Solutions,” “RPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, requesting pharmacy services, requesting a prescription transfer, placing an order, or otherwise using RobertsRx services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RobertsRx services.
About RobertsRx
RobertsRx is a pharmacy operated by Roberts Pharmacy Solutions, LLC.
RobertsRx provides prescription fulfillment, prescription transfer coordination, pharmacist consultation, mail-order pharmacy services, medication delivery, and related pharmacy services where permitted by applicable law.
Pharmacy services are provided under the supervision of licensed pharmacists and are subject to applicable federal and state pharmacy laws and professional requirements.
State Licensure and Service Area
RobertsRx pharmacy services are available only in states and jurisdictions in which RobertsRx is legally authorized to provide those services.
The availability of RobertsRx’s website does not mean that RobertsRx is licensed or authorized to dispense or ship prescription medications to every state or jurisdiction.
RobertsRx will only dispense or deliver prescription medications to locations where such services are permitted under applicable law and where RobertsRx holds any pharmacy license, permit, registration, or other authorization required to provide those services.
Services may therefore vary based on the patient’s location.
Requirements concerning:
- prescription transfers;
- refills;
- prescription validity;
- generic substitution;
- days’ supply;
- quantity limitations;
- pharmacist counseling;
- controlled substances;
- shipping and delivery;
- medication-specific restrictions; and
- other pharmacy services may differ by jurisdiction.
RobertsRx reserves the right to restrict or decline pharmacy services when necessary to comply with applicable federal or state law, pharmacy licensing requirements, professional standards, or patient safety considerations.
Patients should not interpret access to the RobertsRx website, medication pricing, or other online content as confirmation that RobertsRx can dispense a particular medication to their location.
Direct-Pay Pharmacy Model
RobertsRx operates primarily as a direct-pay pharmacy.
Unless RobertsRx expressly indicates otherwise, RobertsRx does not submit prescription claims to:
- Commercial insurance plans;
- Medicare Part D plans;
- Medicaid programs; or
- PBMs.
Patients are responsible for paying RobertsRx directly for medications, pharmacy services, shipping charges, and other applicable fees.
Accepted forms of payment may include:
- Credit cards;
- Debit cards;
- HSA cards;
- FSA cards; and
- Other payment methods accepted by RobertsRx.
Availability of an HSA or FSA payment option does not constitute a determination by RobertsRx that a purchase qualifies for payment or reimbursement under a particular HSA, FSA, or other benefit arrangement. Eligibility is determined by the applicable plan, account provider, card issuer, and applicable law.
Patients may independently seek reimbursement from an insurer or benefit program when permitted. RobertsRx does not guarantee reimbursement or that a direct-pay purchase will count toward an insurance deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, or other insurance benefit.
“Direct-pay” does not mean that payment must be made using physical cash.
Eligibility
By using RobertsRx services, you represent that:
- you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are otherwise legally authorized to obtain pharmacy services;
- all information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorized to provide the information submitted;
- you will maintain current contact, health, and delivery information when appropriate; and
- you are legally eligible to receive the requested pharmacy services.
Parents, legal guardians, caregivers, or other authorized representatives may use RobertsRx services on behalf of another individual where permitted by applicable law.
Website Information and Professional Pharmacy Services
General educational and informational content available through the RobertsRx website is provided for informational purposes and is not intended to diagnose a medical condition or replace individualized medical advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
General website content does not establish a physician-patient or other medical provider-patient relationship.
Nothing in this section limits or disclaims professional pharmacy services provided by RobertsRx pharmacists, including medication counseling, professional review, drug utilization review, medication-related recommendations, communications with prescribers, or other services provided within a pharmacist’s professional scope of practice.
Patients should contact a RobertsRx pharmacist, their prescriber, or another qualified healthcare professional with questions regarding medications or medical conditions.
Prescription Requirements
Prescription medications may only be dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription that meets applicable federal and state requirements.
Submitting an order, prescription request, or transfer request does not guarantee:
- issuance of a prescription;
- prescription approval;
- prescription renewal;
- successful transfer;
- medication availability; or
- dispensing of medication.
All prescriptions remain subject to professional review by RobertsRx.
RobertsRx may decline, delay, suspend, or cancel fulfillment when a prescription cannot be legally, safely, or appropriately dispensed.
Authorization to Contact Prescribers and Pharmacies
By requesting pharmacy services, you authorize RobertsRx, as permitted by applicable law, to communicate with your healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other appropriate healthcare entities for purposes associated with your pharmacy care.
This may include:
- requesting prescription transfers;
- requesting new prescriptions or refills at your request;
- clarifying prescription information;
- verifying prescription information;
- resolving medication-related questions;
- coordinating medication fulfillment; and
- supporting continuity of care.
A valid prescription must be received and appropriately reviewed before prescription medication may be dispensed.
Pricing
RobertsRx is committed to transparent medication pricing.
Prices displayed on the RobertsRx website may change due to changes in acquisition costs, manufacturer pricing, distributor pricing, supply conditions, regulatory requirements, or other factors.
Prices may include or reflect:
- medication acquisition costs;
- pharmacy service fees;
- applicable handling charges; and
- other identified charges.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes, when required, may be additional unless expressly included in the displayed price.
The final amount charged will be presented before payment or otherwise communicated to the patient before the applicable transaction is completed.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the information provided is accurate.
You authorize RobertsRx to charge the disclosed amount for the products and services you authorize.
RobertsRx may decline or suspend a transaction when fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
RobertsRx may deliver prescription medications directly to patients using available delivery services.
Delivery methods may include:
- standard shipping;
- expedited shipping;
- overnight shipping; and
- other delivery methods where available.
Delivery options may vary based on medication requirements, geographic location, applicable law, weather conditions, carrier availability, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Patients are responsible for:
- providing a complete and accurate delivery address;
- monitoring available shipment tracking;
- ensuring medications can be appropriately received;
- retrieving delivered medications promptly; and
- following medication storage instructions.
RobertsRx is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other transportation interruptions, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Patients should contact RobertsRx promptly regarding a missing, damaged, delayed, or otherwise questionable medication shipment.
Temperature-Sensitive and Specialty Medications
Certain medications may require:
- refrigeration;
- temperature-controlled packaging;
- expedited delivery;
- signature confirmation; or
- additional handling procedures.
Patients receiving temperature-sensitive medications should monitor available tracking information, receive shipments promptly, inspect packaging upon receipt, and immediately store medications according to provided instructions.
If a temperature-sensitive medication arrives late, damaged, unusually warm or cold, or with potentially compromised packaging, the patient should contact RobertsRx before using the medication.
RobertsRx will evaluate reported shipment concerns and provide appropriate instructions based on available information, manufacturer guidance, professional judgment, and applicable requirements.
Patients should not independently assume that a temperature-sensitive medication is unusable solely because the package or medication feels warm or cold.
Medication Availability
Medication availability may change without notice.
Availability may be affected by:
- manufacturer shortages;
- distributor shortages;
- recalls;
- allocation restrictions;
- supply-chain disruptions;
- discontinuations; or
- other circumstances affecting medication supply.
RobertsRx does not guarantee continuous availability of any medication.
Generic Substitution
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the prescription received, RobertsRx may dispense an FDA-approved generic equivalent.
Generic manufacturers may vary, and the medication’s packaging, color, shape, markings, or appearance may differ between fills.
Generic substitution will be performed in accordance with applicable pharmacy requirements.
Controlled Substances
Controlled substances are subject to additional federal and state requirements.
RobertsRx may, where legally and professionally appropriate:
- decline to dispense a controlled substance;
- request additional information or documentation;
- verify prescription and patient information;
- contact the prescriber;
- conduct additional review;
- apply legally permissible dispensing limitations; or
- refuse fulfillment when legality, authenticity, clinical appropriateness, or patient safety concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that RobertsRx will dispense or ship a controlled substance.
Order Cancellation
Prescription orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispensing or other irreversible processing occurs.
Once pharmacist review, dispensing, packaging, specialized preparation, or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
RobertsRx may decline a cancellation request when applicable law, professional requirements, or operational circumstances prevent cancellation.
Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Reshipments
For patient safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned for reuse or resale after leaving the pharmacy, except where permitted by applicable law.
Whether a patient qualifies for a refund, replacement, reshipment, or other corrective action depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
RobertsRx will appropriately address situations involving:
- dispensing errors;
- incorrect medications;
- incorrect strengths;
- incorrect quantities;
- damaged shipments;
- verified lost shipments;
- temperature-control concerns; or
- other circumstances requiring corrective action.
Patients should promptly contact RobertsRx if an order appears incorrect, damaged, missing, or compromised.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable when permitted by applicable law.
Pharmacist Consultation
RobertsRx pharmacists are available to answer medication-related questions and provide pharmacist consultation as permitted or required by applicable law.
Patients are encouraged to contact RobertsRx with questions concerning medications dispensed by the pharmacy, including questions about:
- appropriate medication use;
- administration;
- storage;
- potential side effects;
- drug interactions; and
- medication-related concerns.
Pharmacist consultation does not replace medical evaluation by a physician or other healthcare professional when such evaluation is appropriate.
Medication Recalls and Safety Communications
RobertsRx may contact patients concerning:
- medication recalls;
- product withdrawals;
- manufacturer safety notices;
- FDA or other regulatory safety information; and
- other important medication-related information.
Patients are responsible for maintaining current contact information so RobertsRx can provide medication-related communications when appropriate.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- maintain current contact information;
- provide relevant health and medication information;
- review medication information provided;
- use medications only as prescribed or directed;
- properly store medications;

Patients should inform RobertsRx and their healthcare providers of allergies, adverse reactions, other medications, and relevant health conditions when appropriate for safe medication use.
Electronic Communications

Communications may include:
- prescription status information;
- refill reminders;
- delivery notifications;

- service announcements;
- medication safety information;

- patient support communications.
Message and data rates may apply.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Where required, consent for promotional or marketing text messages, automated calls, or other marketing communications will be obtained separately.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing medication or receiving RobertsRx pharmacy services.
The Federal Communications Commission identifies consent requirements applicable to certain marketing robocalls and robotexts. [docs.fcc.gov], [fcc.gov]
Privacy and Health Information
RobertsRx respects the privacy of patient information.
The collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of health information are governed, as applicable, by:
- the RobertsRx Notice of Privacy Practices;
- the RobertsRx Privacy Policy;
- HIPAA and applicable federal regulations; and
- applicable state privacy laws.
The Terms and Conditions are separate from the RobertsRx Notice of Privacy Practices.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services states that covered healthcare providers must provide a Notice of Privacy Practices describing uses and disclosures, patient rights, legal duties, and contact information, and the notice must include an effective date. [hhs.gov]
RobertsRx should maintain a separate Notice of Privacy Practices accessible from its website. HHS states that covered entities maintaining a website providing information about customer services or benefits must prominently post and make their notice available through that website. [hhs.gov]

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from their intentional misuse of RobertsRx services, fraudulent information submitted by them, unlawful activities conducted through RobertsRx services, or material violation of these Terms.

Medical Emergencies
RobertsRx’s website, email, SMS, messaging systems, and routine customer support services are not emergency medical services.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
